Example - Sam: Can not run sam.exe

Hi all,
Now I try to run follow the instruction of example sam:
but this seem can not run, I already have file ggml-model-f16.bin and set up as instruction

When run in window os and by cmd, but not see any result
Who know about this, please instruct me
