Problem description & steps to reproduce

I get the following error when I try to send a message through the webui on iPhone + Safari:

Not sure - this is the first time I'm trying this.

Actually, I get the same error on MacOS using Safari too, so it's not just iOS. I don't get the error with chromium browser.
