Configurable cobble+clay blocks

May be a good idea for packs that have additional stone types to allow pack devs to list blocks that should breakdown to rocks, requiring the clay+rocks recipe.

For extra credit, may also be a good idea for additional (user defined?) colors of rocks that pack devs can use for rock/cobble variants (look at Darkstone/Darkstone cobble in Abyssalcraft as one example).

Love the mod! May never play without a chopping block again!

Hello, sorry that I haven't been paying attention to the issue tracker lately, life kept me busy.

I won't be adding this just yet, but I will keep this ticked open so I'm reminded of the idea in the future. :)
