Putting tools in item frames causes scrapping to activate.

Hey just to mention, I did take a look at it, and I figured out why it's happening, but it's not something I can fix easily -- it needs a major rewrite of the entire scrapping system, since I can't rely on the feature I thought I could rely on. I am working on a quick update, and I will make the feature disabled by default for new installations, until I can fix this.

v2.1.6 has been released, which disables scrapping by default. I'll keep this issue open as a reminder that I have to fix the entire system in the future.
