Breaks compatibility with Natura and Better With Mods

Better With Mods(BWM) changes default drop of trees to bark, planks, and sawdust including Minecraft, Forestry and Natura. As well as adding logs to the BWM saw to to cut logs into planks. When Survivalist is added it breaks compat between BWM and Natura, and the result from punching trees is the default natura log. Also, there is no recipe for Natura logs in the BWM saw and I have been unsuccessful in adding them via crafttweaker. The only way to get planks is via the chopping block, as a side note (that may be related) When placing a chopping block they all change to "Oak" chopping blocks when placed.
