I think the latin l10n features of this style are almost certainly "Unique and Interesting" while the slightly different colour-scheme is probably not.
This said I am not that sure if the two servers will stand the additional load.
Are there any estimates how many additional tiles per minute I would have to expect?
E.g. based on the other non default layers?
I already have about 25000 tile requests per minute currently on each of the servers.
I've asked on OSM France since @cquest likely has some data for CyclOSM and Humanitarian.
I wonder if OSM couldn't cache tiles for the other layers. It shouldn't increase their load a lot since the user doesn't usually display two layers at the same time.
Just like osmfr, already proposed, or CyclOSM, already active, https://tile.openstreetmap.de could be added to the featured tile layers on openstreetmap.org.
Are you interested in that? Do you think your servers could bear the load?
