Feature Details
Currently the Nav Bar of the landing page is as follows (fig. 1)

The design of the Nav bar should be made as below (fig. 2)

Additional Details
When the page loads the New Style, the design shown in fig. 2 will be displayed.
After the user starts to scrolls it will fade out and convert to current nav bar shown in fig. 1
Again once the user scroll back to the top, the current nav bar will fade out and new style design in fig 2 will appear again.
