Sounds interesting. I assume that this was a migration to Git as opposed to a migration from one Git hosting solution to another (or a migration away from Git :-) ). What system did you migrate from? |
@mhagger We moved from a proprietary solution based upon ClearCase (Yeah, we where one of "those" people"). If you want to know more right now come to room 2175. Otherwise we will describe it on Friday! |

I and a colleague would like to share our experiences performing a semi-large git migration (1000 people, 100MLOC) without missing a beat. Would be really interesting to talk to people that have performed similar migrations, are doing them right now, or are planning them.
