upgrade from 5.x to 6.2.1 with registry update as well

Hey all. I'd like to update my terraform from the 5.17.0 version to the 6.2.1 version, while updating the registry pointer from philips-labs/github-runner/aws to github-aws-runners/github-runner/aws as well. Aside from needing to update the lambda binaries, are there any gotchas I should be aware of?

I ran a terraform plan ... with those updates in place and it produced:
Plan: 23 to add, 10 to change, 8 to destroy.
...which is a bit more than I would have expected 🤷
