Approve for included pages

Hi,

is there a chance to activate the plugin when using the include plugin? If I embed a page or a section into another page the hint "Approve" or "Draft" of the approve plugin isn't given out for this included component.

I altered the include plugin slighty to make sure the included pages - if not yet approved - are included at the last approved version with respect to the current page instead of the latest draft. I don't know if it is usefull for you, but I can share the code I changed in the include plugin..
