convert hyb to gff

Hi, you mentioned in the hyb paper that you provide the script hyb2gff, however I can't find it. Is it called differently or am I missing something?

I saw that there's another script missing: enst2genome. Could you upload it as well?
You also mentioned hyb_merge as another stand alone script, but I could only find combine_hyb_merge. Is it the same file?
