Grids: control-breaks layout

Control breaks extend the column size beyond the size set in the grid and the size of the data inside.

I believe, control break text should just extend past the cell boundaries. Optionally could be moved to the additional column on the left (just like aggregations are, but better to stick to the first column just like in HTML export):

BTW, background colour would also greatly help.
