The aim here is to make the cards themselves look consistent, but minimise the number of properties which cascase into body. Ideally there should be none.

This is separate to the discussion on how styles should be applied #5 - it's only concerned with what styles to apply.

Done most of this in 8702d94

Could do with doing something a bit better on the markdown out-of-the box though.
