GlobalClock、比較画面でサマータイム考慮されていない

本日の日本時間14:00 -> Vancouver 22:00
１ヶ月前の日本時間14:00 -> Vancouver 22:00 (期待値 21:00)

サマータイムの開始、終了を判断して１時間ズラす対応がいるか。。うおーー
