error while loading shared libraries: api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

this won't be fixed it will keep erroring even if you download the required dlls and when all dlls are there it will just crash with no error

the fix

Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
