Using-Gluster-Test-Framework.md is pointing to some older workflow which is deprecated since the move to github and docs.gluster.org. Updating the links with the correct ones. Fixes: gluster#3054 Change-Id: Id5505f9e5c537f56aa0d52b2d5f4354d58ea8b89 Signed-off-by: karthik-us <[email protected]>

After the move to Github pages for docs.gluster.org as part of gluster/project-infrastructure#141, link to the compiling rpms is again broken. Need to fix it. Reopening the issue for that. |

Description of problem:
The Gluster test framework documentation [1] is still pointing to some of the older workflows like gerrit for patch submission, bugzilla for bug reporting, and gluster.org for documentations which are deprecated and not available since the move to github and docs.gluster.org.
We need to update them with the correct ones.
