[Filtered Deck from Browser] Not showing up in tools/ no hotkey. does not work or show up at all after new version

What is the problem/feature you would like to see fixed/implemented?

I upgraded anki to a new version 2.1.26-> 2.1.40
and my filtered deck add on has ceased to exist. I can't even see it on the "Tools" option and the hot key doesnt work either. It's updated, deleted and reinstalled several times, i have downgraded to see if it would come back- didn't, upgraded again- didnt work either. I am pretty novice and anki and I just want to cryyyyyyy. Making these normal filtered decks suck.
