Rotating component instances resets to 0 each time #350

Using the Rotate handle on a component instance multiple times in a row:

  • The instance snaps back to 0 each time (not expected)
  • Expected behavior is that the rotate tool adds a delta to the existing instance's rotation property, not assign it a fixed value
