enhancement: use single iter for NewSelectorPoints #122

Problem:

NewSelectorPoints uses a separate Iter for each selection. This slows down query if we have lot selection

Proposal:

Implement a multi iterator which does a in-place forward seek to the next selection if it sees any other index while iterating.
