Description

The new Feature #23668
Only one manually triggered ondispatch job can be active.
Auto-cancellation does not make sense for manually started events.

I am referring to the following feature:
#25716 and this #32662

I'm trying to add support for the concurrent syntax and I think it would fix this issue.
