Remove auto reactions

I was using the keyword buffalo and a automatic reaction was being added. This got crazy annoying. I don't see the value this adds at all.

We could look at adding some randomness to it, to avoid it being wild.

This has been open of for awhile, if this is still giving you trouble would you mind re-raising this against https://github.com/gobridge/gopherbot for consideration? I'm going to be archiving this repo.
