Don't know how to "Get Started"

As a user unfamiliar with your repository, I don't know how to quickly "Get Started".

Some Context
Found you while trying to figure out how someone made a "Git Pill". I ended up running down a bunch of rabbit holes until a friend of mine just gave me a link to the git pill he made. It's a pill that shows you what languages you are currently "pilled" on. Very neat. Mine turned out to be Php, Javascript, Css, tsql, html. I can supply the link if you want, the creator hasn't "launched" it yet so I'm hesitant to just auto-leave it here (also don't know if you'd check it).

Great repository though, the recipes seem really interesting, would enjoy trying them.
