SkeletonModification2DFABRIK documentation page says that it supports angle constrains, but there is no way to set them #10579

Your Godot version: 4.3

Issue description: As in the title. I'd say either correct the documentation, or expose the said functionality. See the screenshot below for confirmation, that there is no way to set angle constrains.
