[RFE] for each project with Godeps.file (or its analogy) show how its dependencies changes over time #15

As I maintainer I would like to know how much a project a maintain changes its dependencies over time. So I can predict how resource consuming will be a rebase to newer version.

Something like create a graph of changes where positive y will show new deps, negative deleted deps. And another graph with number of deps just updated to newer (or older commit). If it is possible put all changes into one graph.
