Compile for Python 3.13

When installing model explorer, I got an error because https://pypi.org/project/ai-edge-model-explorer-adapter/#files does not have a Python 3.13 build. Would it be possible to compile for Python 3.13?

Hi @justinchuby, thanks for reporting it! Our python version release is keeping up with tensorflow as it's a part of our dependencies. Based on https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow/#files, the latest python version they have is still 3.12. We will monitor their release, once they are ready for 3.13, we will update our side along with it.
