OS X: MainFrame test hangs on quit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the OS X example app.
2. Click jcef_App->Quit MainFrame
3. App hangs then crashes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should quit. Instead, crashes and brings up crash reporter



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

jcef_binary_3.1750.1738.91_macosx64

Note that File->Exit works, but quitting from the standard Mac app menu crashes.
