Don't skip download of true duplicates

I use skicka to download the "Google Photos" directory from Drive to get all my phone-synced photos.

Sometimes, Google Photos contains duplicate files, where the name and contents match. skicka currently prints an error message and refuses to download this file. Instead, it should detect that the file is duplicated by content and name, and download it anyway.

Facing the same issue. It would be really helpful if we can pass in a flag that allows us to download true duplicate files as well after auto renaming them in the local.
