<p>DBCLS started Basic Technology Development Program with NBDC.</p>

<p>DBCLS office was moved from Univ Tokyo Asano Campus to two locations namely Univ Tokyo Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station Satellite in Kashiwa, Chiba and National Institute of Genetics in Mishima.</p>
