Subject: [PATCH] Update thirdparty.md

Removed TrueCharts that I had added earlier. Unfortunately, TrueCharts has [stopped supporting TrueNAS SCALE](https://truecharts.org/news/scale-deprecation/), and their apps can no longer be installed through the TrueNAS SCALE user-interface.
