в Схемите са цитирани xsd-ta които са от други сегменти.
Никакви класове не могат да се изградят.
Примет:
R-0015_PaymentRequest.xsd използва
<xsd:import namespace="http://ereg.egov.bg/segment/0009-000152" />
<xsd:import namespace="http://ereg.egov.bg/segment/0009-000013" />
<xsd:import namespace="http://ereg.egov.bg/segment/0009-000016" />

те от своя страна използват безброй други, които не могат а се свалят групово от https://www.egov.bg/ereg-public/rio/segment/browse.rg.

По този начин схемите са напълно неизползваеми!!!
