• Only Directors can convene a Board Meeting.
• Go to the Board section:

• Press Convene a meeting of the Board:

• Fill in the time, venue and agenda for the meeting:

• When you press Convene the Board Meeting, an email notification will be sent to all the Directors:

and the new Board Meeting will appear to Directors when they view their Dashboard:
