Add forms are clearing weirdly on gramps web

Problem

When I try to add, for example person, after "new page load" it behaves normally, but after I try to add another person right after the previous one the dates (birth and death types and qualities) are empty and needs to be set manually or it results in creating either empty birth date or death date (if not filled).
The issue is not permanent, for quick fix you just need to reload the page or as previously said set the dates (if you know them, if you don't then page reload is only way I currently found)

This sounds like #188 which was believed to be fixed.

Can you please post your version info and say which browser & version you use and on which OS?

This is my installation info, I just installed it like less than a week ago so it should be the latest version

And the browser I tried Opera and Chrome both in normal and anonymous mode
