Reports Tab

  • Listed Chronologically
  • Any Staff or Owner can add, verify, or edit a report. (An audit log will track all edits.)
    Each report includes:
  1. Image (Optional)
  2. Description (Required)
    A text block for the report details.
  3. Tags (Required)
    Multi-select list with options:
    • Agriculture
    • Cultural
    • Faith-Based
    • Construction
    • Social Gathering
    • Dhome
    • Mweria
  4. Location Picker (GPS) (Optional)
  5. Time Period

Automatically Attached Data

  1. Name of Reporter (Logged-in user)
  2. Contact of Reporter
  3. Public Key of the reporter (Logged-in user's public key)
  4. Active Users for the selected period (Users who have sent data that period)
  5. Transactions during the time period
  6. Volume of activity during the period
  7. Current Community Fund Balance
  8. Verification (Verified [yes/no])
    • Staff can verify the report, and the verifier is recorded.
  9. Created At (Timestamp when the report was created)
  10. Voucher

Additional Features

  • Reports should be linkable for easy referencing or sharing.
  • Option to share or reward users based on specific reports.

This setup is replacing our current Google Form:
