Enlarge click target to play a track

Some related issues; having to click directly on the text of a track title to play the track, with no indication you should click there, is bad UX. Not so discoverable. Could be improved by:

• Listen for a click anywhere on the line even if past the end of the text
• Draw a box around this clickable area, with maybe a border and/or different background color
• In this box, change pointer to a hand (as when you're over a link), rather than text-selection capital-I
• Highlight the box in some way on hover
