Improve navigation on streams

I would like to have the possibility to jump back to the list of streams to exactly the same stream I am looking at when viewing the stream. This would make it easier to define alerts since I can do this only on the streams page.

Alternatively I should have the same operations available on the page of a single stream as on the overview page.
