Absolute search calendar week's 1st day

Hi,

Currently absolute search calendar popup show Sunday's as a first day (US style).
For EU people it's a bit annoying to see first day of week not Monday.

I'd like to have this setting in EU-style or make it user or globally configurable.

Hi,

To keep the consistency in the web interface, I switched the first day of the week to Monday. We should let users to configure all locale information at some point, as stated in #941.
