Streamers list shouldnt show streamers that not stream. #42

When guild streamers list contain more than 3-5 streamers, a lot of them usually are offline.
As a result of $streamers command produce huge uninformative list.

Please hide offline streamers | make special command for showing only online streamers | add parameter to the command $streamers
