Searching for my Realm

I'm on the second step to linking my guild to your Discord bot, but when I type in my realm, DarkIron, it says, "I did not found a Realm with the name of DarkIron. Did you make a typo?" I even typed in the example, Emerald Dream, and the bot tells me the same thing.
