Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to project
  2. Click on Endorse button
  3. Enter long endorsement
  4. Submit endorsement and view overflow in endorsement card.

Expected behavior
Max character limit around 200-300
