Handle overturned plays

Sometimes a play is overturned but we have already tweeted it. We should see if we can delete such tweets and any further tweets, then tweet the correct history again.

• Record extra info on tweetable_plays (tweet_id, player name, season period ("season" or "2022-23 season")?)
• Figure out if a tweetable play is no longer present (got overruled) or player name has changed (in NFL, a Travis Kelce TD was tweeted out as Patrick Mahomes) (use clean_player_name)
• Figure out how to undo the bad tweets and tweet them again
