It is annoying to edit the script to enter the OAuth consumer key and secret. It would be easy to accidentally commit them as well. Externalise them into an external file that is read when the script starts.

Hi , This code is not working now maybe its because Twitter has switched to HTTP1.1 can you reflect the these changes in the original source so that it works now?
