Support for other types of client services

some food banks provide ancillary services such as:

Rent assistance
Utility shutoff notices assistance - once per year
Ids and drivers licenses - vouchers that they can take to the DOT to get cards
State mails back the vouchers that get used as a means of invoicing the food bank for payment
Mail service - clients who don’t have a regular address. Pickup mail here.

would like option to use the most basic features of client tracking for these services as well. MVP would display options for recording a visit for one of several services specified in options. For a given client, it would show the last time each of those services was provided.
