Add Id support for Household and searching

Some food bank scan an id for lookup into the system to record a visit during intake.

Scanner is attached via USB and works just like a standard input (e.g., keyboard). Just set focus on the edit box then use the scanner. For instance if a Drivers license just scan the barcode to get a unique id.

Questions?

1. Should the Id be on the household for household lookup or associated with a contact?
2. Update settings to allow people to enable/disable showing the Id on the new client household/edit client household screen
