Angular.resource zip static resource updated with latest code #60

The Angular.resource zip file is out of sync w/ the code in resource-bundles.

Test the code to make sure working, update the angular dependencies to be vendor/bower_components for SF app & test html files.

Verify Proof of Address and Infant Verification checks are working since they seem to not be working with the current Angular.resource zip file.

@daveb-501commons I fixed all the dependencies and updated the resource file.

Should still test the proof of address feature - not sure whether it is working right yet.
