In this lesson attendees will learn the following:

What makes a successful open source community as opposed to a project or prototype
Talk about the requirements and best practices to make your open source project more amenable to external contributors.
This module also focuses on “intangible” elements of open source communities
- How to develop empathy for your users and co-contributors
- How to get involved in other open source communities and projects!
