How close are we with GTK4 support in GtkD?
Is there anything I/we can help with?

The gtk4 branch should build and work, i was going over the demos and updating them to test things out and see if we were missing anything. Only i got busy with other things.
A lot of the manually added things from the gtk3 branch are missing tough.

There is also the the pull request #347 from @KonstantIMP i haven't looked to closely at it lately, but it should also work, it only also make some other changes like the build system.

I did start fixing the TestWindow demo in my https://github.com/dejlek/gtkd/tree/gtk4. My plan was to make a PR for you once I make it work the way it should work.
