SIWviewer.exe not working with SIW 2016 last version

it seems that SIWviewer got an issue with the last version; when opening an xml report I'm getting an error message like this in french sorry:

'#' est un jeton inattendu. Le jeton attendu est '='.Ligne 63,position 123.

quick translation:

unexpected token '#', the expected token is '='.line 63, position 123.

Could you help please? thx I'm using the tech version
