segfault with <C-e>ww on a sphinx doc #113

Hi there,

I'm having two bizarre behaviors with this plugin:

When I try to insert the index with ww, I get a segmentation fault on my sphinx index.rst. The behavior is even stranger on RivQuickstart, since it opens up an empty buffer instead...
From time to time, still haven't figured out which are the conditions, when I try to run :RivQuickstart it does nothing.

Any ideas?
