Ignore "skipped over" tabs in history #5

The Sublime tab history has the nice behaviour of ignoring tabs in the history if they were only visible for a very show amount of time.

This means you can go quickly back 5 tabs with ctrl+shift and then you can toggle between the most recent and the formerly 5th most recent tabs.

Sadly I don't know the ST implementation details, but thought this was a very nice solution for day-to-day editor workflows.
