Hi.

Is there any trick on how to use Serial Cellpose on 3d dataset ? When I load my 3d tif, only the first slice is being analyzed.
Is this somehow related to the tifffile issue ? #9

Hi @rdemets serial-cellpose does not handle the 3D case at the moment as it was rather meant to facilitate batch processing of "simple" 2D images. I'll leave this issue open, as a reminder for me that it could be an interesting new feature.
